Cancellation, refund requests and account deletion are separate.

Uninstalling Itdasy or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the purchasing store account to stop future renewal.

1. Prices, trials and renewal

2. Request by payment channel

Apple App Store

Cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Itdasy → Cancel Subscription, using the Apple account on your receipt. The Company cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

For refunds, sign into Apple's problem-reporting page, select “Request a refund” and submit the order. Eligibility and approval are determined through Apple's process; posting to your payment method may take additional time.

Follow Google's refund process for your order. Eligibility and handling depend on purchase type, timing, region and applicable law. If Google directs you to the developer, send the order details and reason to our support email.

If you previously paid on the web

Cancel in the app's plan/subscription screen. If this option is unavailable, contact support. For refunds, email your account email, purchase date, order reference if available, and reason. We review supply and usage records under applicable law and communicate the outcome and reimbursement steps.

Where the Company has a statutory duty to reimburse, it follows the statutory starting date and applicable deadlines, including the three-business-day period under Korean law. Banks and payment processors may take additional time to reflect a reversal.

Email support

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes, customer lists or complete identity-document copies.

3. Access after cancellation or refund

Ordinary paid-subscription cancellation stops renewal; access generally remains through the paid period. For canceled trials, check the store's displayed expiry. Approved refunds, reversed transactions or store revocations may change access. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a payment.

For duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases or service not supplied, review the order and contact the payment channel and our support. Refunds of remaining periods depend on applicable law and channel policy; this guide does not impose a blanket refusal.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where Korean e-commerce consumer law applies, withdrawal may be requested within seven days from the statutory starting point, such as receiving written contract information or the start of supply. Restrictions after digital-content supply starts require the statutory notice and consent conditions. Rights relating to divisible content not yet supplied remain protected.

For supply inconsistent with advertising or the contract, the statutory periods include three months after supply or 30 days after discovering or being able to discover the discrepancy. Reimbursement and remedies for service not supplied due to Company fault follow applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence prevail where applicable. Store policy and this guide do not exclude non-excludable rights.

5. Account deletion and contact

See account deletion instructions and our privacy policy. Legally required transaction and dispute records may remain for the statutory periods.
